James Parker is CEO & member of the Board of Directors for Tangoe, charged with delivering customer, employee, and business success through the delivery of innovative, customer-focused solutions. With two decades of leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud and telecom, James works closely with Tangoe’s leadership team and board to accelerate growth and expand the company’s Technology Expense Management (TEM) leadership.

Prior to joining Tangoe’s leadership team, he was CEO and Executive Director for Masergy, a leading software-defined global network company. Before joining Masergy, James served as Chief Customer Officer for Tata Communications, a global digital infrastructure provider, where he was accountable for $2+billion in global revenue across 7,000 customers served by 2,000 employees. Prior to that he held senior leadership roles with CenturyLink and Microsoft.

James holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, Toronto Canada, Rotman Business School.

As Chief Financial Officer, Arun Shivdasani leads Tangoe’s global finance organization with responsibility for accounting, financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, investor relations, legal and compliance.

Arun is a seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of global financial expertise. Prior to Tangoe, he held leadership roles at Geller & Co, where he served as CFO of Bloomberg Government and CFO of Bloomberg Global Data. Before Geller & Co, he served as VP Finance Laureate Online Education and CFO Walden University. Early in his career, he also worked at Marriott International, E*Trade Financial, Progress Energy and HDFC Bank.

A proven, innovative leader, Arun has demonstrated success in leading finance to help drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies and cross-functional collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Delhi in India, an MBA from University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School and is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
