Ample parking because they can't retain employees. Free coffee and tea in the breakroom.
There is rampant nepotism within the organization and a small pond/big fish mentality. There is an absolute refusal to advance to modern practices. The disorganization and lack of standard processes is extremely frustrating. Engineering and Sales runs the show, with no regard to the consequences of their actions to other departments.
The schedule is 10 hours Monday through Thursday, and half days on Friday.
