YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PRODUCTION FLOOR LEAD
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
As a Production Floor Lead, you'll oversee daily plant operations, assign tasks, monitor product quality, and support your team hands-on. You'll troubleshoot issues, train new staff, maintain safety standards, and work closely with the Operations Manager. This is not just a supervisory role, it's a hands-on leadership position where your expertise and guidance will help shape the success of our manufacturing team.
REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of production or manufacturing experience

Must-Haves:
Forklift and/or crane experience
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete flooring up to 10 hours per day, wear PPE, work outside in various weather conditions, and demonstrate adequate dexterity and stamina
Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

Responsibilities Include:
This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM, plus occasional weekends as needed. As our Forklift Operator - Material Handler, you'll start your day prepping fiberglass tanks for shipment, working with tools like forklifts, overhead cranes, and boom cranes to safely move large products and parts. You'll measure and weigh packages, check for quality issues, and help pull parts and prep molds for the next round of production. Whether you're recording work records, identifying and correcting quality defects, or assisting senior team members with equipment setup and maintenance, you'll play an essential role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

THE SCHEDULE:
Our standard schedule is 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, though you should expect to work more than 40 hours a week.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of our single-site facility's manufacturing operations. You'll drive strategic initiatives, ensure optimal performance across departments like production, engineering, and logistics, and champion cross-functional collaboration. You'll oversee all factory managers and supervisors, manage our workforce, and ensure our safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met. This role is a perfect blend of high-level strategy and day-to-day leadership, where you'll be instrumental in shaping our company's future.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related field (possessing a master's is preferred)
7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
3+ years in a leadership role
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools

ARE YOU THE STORAGE TANK ASSEMBLER OUR TEAM NEEDS?

Fluent in English
