Duties/Responsibilities: Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other construction materials to and from job sites Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure the safe operation of the dump truck Load and unload materials using the dump truck's cranks and levers inside the truck to unload materials, supervising the loading of materials onto the truck. Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair procedures for dump trucks Ability to read and understand maps, job instructions, and safety manuals Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials as required.
