If not your transcripts from the school In the beginning when you start training you will go out with a trainer for 30 days straight. No time off during this period. Very much like basic training in the military. During training you will earn training pay of only $650 per week. After you complete training you'll come home and take 2-5 days off for home time to wind down. Then you'll sit down with your driver manager and choose one of many openings we currently have. After training you will get your own company truck that is when you salary goes up to $1200-$1400 on average. Some accounts are paying up to $1500 and up per week.
