Make sure driver maintenance is performed, grease 5th wheel, adjust brakes, check oil and fluids, tires etc. Once a day driver will fill out a vehicle inspection report. 5. Following the SAFE philosophy, talk with employees observed to be working unsafely in order to stop the unsafe behavior and explain the safe way of performing a given task.
