Upon your approval, we will get you set up for online orientation, so that you can complete everything right from the comfort of your own home. Once you complete online orientation, we will make arrangements for you to go out with a trainer for 2 weeks of paid training. This will get you all of the behind-the-wheel hours of training that you need to begin your career. After your 2 weeks of paid training, you will be placed on a 10 week probationary period in your own truck, where your pay will be $800 per week. You can expect to be home every other week during this time. After the 10 weeks, you will then be eligible to go right into a dedicated, regional or OTR position with higher pay to include quarterly safety bonuses, stop pay, layover & detention pay. Drivers on these accounts are averaging anywhere from $900-$1200 per week. Our regional and dedicated runs also get drivers home more frequently. Many of these accounts feature weekly Home-time. We offer newer & well maintained trucks with automatic and 10 speed transmissions. Automatic license restrictions accepted. Riders welcome from day 1. HERE'S HOW TO QUALIFY: ~You must be 21 years old You must have a valid Class A CDL & DOT physical & have graduated from a CDL school in the last 2 years Must have a fairly clean MVR Must be able to pass background checks & all DOT related tests Must be able to send us a copy of your school completion certificate Must be willing to drive OTR at first staying out 10-14 days at a time during your 10 week probationary period
