Drivers are expected to have open availability on their scheduled day to work. While we aim to have everyone home by 5PM, we cannot guarantee it as appointments can run late. You will use a company provided vehicle and be required to pick the vehicle up at our office in Horicon at the start of each shift and return it at the conclusion of your shift. You must be able to pass this check. Ability to pass a drug screen. Unfortunately use of CBD oil for anxiety, sleep and other legal reasons cannot be differentiated on the drug screen so this would disqualify you. Use of your smartphone. Your timekeeping, communication with the office and trip performance will all be done on your smartphone using company apps. The physical ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift. You will need to walk in and out of hospitals and other facilities to assist your passenger to the vehicle. Sometimes you may need to push them in a wheel-chair or lift their walker into the vehicle.
