LCL Bulk Transport is currently looking for OTR & Dedicated Drivers.
Pay and Home Time:
- Earn an average of $80-$90K FIRST YEAR with a minimum transition pay
- Top drivers can earn an average gross pay of $110k+ yearly
- Loaded miles start at $0.66 CPM
- Average $1400 to $1600+ per week
- $1200 minimum transition pay for 6 weeks
- OTR drivers are home every 10 to 14 days (or out longer if you choose)
- Weekend premium after hauling your first solo load - included under the transition pay ($75.00/weekend day)
- $12,500 sign on bonus for new drivers - paid out monthly while actively employed
- Canada drivers will receive $75.00 crossing pay
- Unlimited driver referral bonus - $2000 per driver

- Strong customer service & communication skills with dispatch, customers and colleagues

Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate a Dump truck to load, transport, and unload material at job sites, recycling centers, landfills, or other designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the Dump truck and container to ensure safe operation and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers or supervisors to receive work orders, obtain job site instructions, and provide updates on the status of deliveries or pick-ups.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, other employees, and the public.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on the roll-off truck, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and general cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of landfill, transfer stations and quarries
Know how to mill and pave
Must have a clean MVR
A CDL license
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Manual Dump Truck experience required
In depth knowledge of construction methods and means and equipment utilization

Essential Responsibilities:
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer, including completing Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and logging them properly in the electronic logging device (ELD).
Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and customer requirements, including placarding, cargo securement, and proper documentation.
Safely load, transport, and unload bulk chemicals such as Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Hypochlorite, Chlorine, and Salt, adhering to Company and industry safety protocols.
Verify accuracy of bills of lading, including special instructions and product specifications.
Report unsafe or abnormal conditions at customer sites and ensure professionalism in all customer interactions.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times per Company policy.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) with Tanker and Hazardous Materials endorsements.
Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) and valid medical card.
Minimum of 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience, preferably with tanker and hazardous materials.
Clean driving record commensurate with hazardous materials transportation standards.
Ability to pass a 10-panel controlled substance test and random testing thereafter.
