What will be expected of you: Greet all vehicle and pedestrian traffic - members, guests, employees, and visitors - with courtesy and professionalism. Enforce access policies according to the Front Gate Manual to prevent unauthorized entry. Record vehicle and personal information as required. Remain alert for irregular or unusual conditions that may pose safety or security risks. Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, including medical situations, property damage, or suspicious activity. Coordinate with local law enforcement and fire department personnel as needed. Administer CPR, First Aid, or AED assistance when trained and necessary. Answer and manage calls to the Guard House phone line. Maintain cleanliness and order of the guardhouse, including light cleaning tasks.
