The ideal candidate for this position has proficient bartending and serving experience and will be expected to manage the restaurant operations during their bartending shift. Assumes 100% responsibility for operating the property in accordance to all state and local laws and ordinances. Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the customer experience Leads by example and will hold Staff Accountable for their actions Communicates with Clarity and responds quickly to staff and corporates needs. Assumes 100% responsibility of coaching all employees per shift in all departments following job descriptions, policies and procedures. Participates in all weekly Manager and monthly staff meetings Follows Daily Manager agenda and opening and closing checklists for all departments Trained and able to train the P.O.S. functions and all back office software. Works with the Chef/ Kitchen Manager and kitchen staff to assure 100% quality in our food product, and Recipe Adherence 100% of the time. Demonstrates 100% commitment to management, employee continued training and development. Demonstrates 100% commitment to the restaurants mission statement as stated in the employee handbook.
