The patients
The Administration and lack of People skills, it’s all about the MONEY!! They just want to fill the beds and collect the money from insurance. They don’t care about the patients. It’s a money grab.

Nothing - they were cold blooded. Didn’t care about staff. Have their little circle that they blow each others horns. Give each other praises for bringing in the patients for MONEY!!
