Pros of working at Targa Resources

Use to be a great place to work. Upper management, has allowed , new management, and they have created a hostile work environment. Think twice before applying for a transport driver. Totally control, no lunch break allowed, and my account for every minute of your work day Terminal manager must approve a sick ,before hand. If you call in sick, good if he approve it.

Cons of working at Targa Resources

Micromanagement and the lies . Truck drivers are under constantly pressure, they watch you and call you , randomly. No trust to the employee whatsoever. On his view ,the job come first and family second.
