The Manager - NGL Distribution will lead the raw product (Y-grade) scheduling and distribution team with a focus on raw product transportation and fractionation. The Manager will oversee raw product scheduling operations as part of the NGL marketing team, with a strong emphasis on team development and coordination with the commercial team, along with internal and external stakeholders. JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership and Supervision Responsibilities * Lead and direct Pipeline Technicians by scheduling of assignments, monitoring progress, providing direction, guidance and coaching. Environmental Responsibilities * Ensure prompt reporting of any "out of compliance" condition or environmental concerns at facilities to environmental specialist. * Ensure proper/open communication between Operations personnel and Environmental. * Ensure all emissions inventory requirements are tracked at the direction of the Environmental Specialist. * Review venting events for accuracy in volumes, times, and descriptions. * Review blowdown logs for accuracy. * Communicate facility changes to Environmental Specialist to ensure proper reporting by Environmental Specialists. * Ensure waste is being handled properly with assistance from Environmental Specialists. * Address housekeeping issues as they occur (i.e. remediate small leaks, etc.). * Assist with incident investigations and regulatory communications. * Review assigned CTS tasks and ensure the data is available before closing the task. * Keep all records in an accessible location. * Ensure control devices are not bypassed. The Senior Maximo Support Analyst ("Analyst") is skilled in the management and support of one or more applications and provides support services to business users. The Analyst will act as a Subject Matter Expert for application functionality, solutions, training, and documentation. The primary focus for the Analyst is to be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the Maximo application environment to maximize availability and performance, provide troubleshooting and corrective action to resolve business issues, and insures the usability and support for application enhancements and bug fixes. This is a technical role and will not be involved in day-to-day functional aspects of Maximo. Secondarily the Analyst will provide similar support for other operational systems as needed. The LPG Transport Driver operates a variety of makes, models, and sizes of tractor/tank truck combinations, and all, pumping, and other mechanical devices related or incidental to transporting, loading and unloading products, materials, and equipment. This person also performs truck safety inspections, verification of product lading, and preparation of operational and DOT forms and records. The Lead HRIS Analyst ("Analyst") is skilled in the management and support of one or more HRIS applications and provides support services to business users. The primary focus for the Analyst is to be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the Human Capital Management (HCM) /Human Resource Information Systems(HRIS) to maximize availability and performance, provide troubleshooting and corrective action to resolve business issues, and insures the usability and support for application enhancements and bug fixes. Possess ability to interpret and design Process Flow Diagrams (PFD's), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), Plot Plans, Piping Plans and Piping Isometrics. * Develop, modify and maintain plant process simulations and material & energy balances using ProMax software. * Size and specify mechanical equipment, including separators, filters, tanks, heat exchangers, air coolers, pumps, compressors, and dehydrators. Select appropriate piping and vessel materials, diameters and thicknesses to meet design requirements. Size and specify relief devices, control valves and regulators. * Support development of project scopes, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Engineering management, Operations management and stakeholders. * Support development of scope of work for-bid packages for engineering, construction and commissioning activities. Participate in tracking and forecasting of costs and milestone schedules and regularly communicate progress to project stakeholders. * Support area projects through the entire project lifecycle, including development of scope, feasibility studies, FEL cost estimates, detailed engineering and design, MOC, hazard analysis, construction and commissioning. * Participate in review of project cost estimates & scope prior to commercial submittal; monitor cost and schedule performance throughout project execution phase; support startup & commissioning activities. * Other duties as assigned. The Analyst will collaborate across teams including Gathering & Processing, Risk Management, Accounting, and Corporate Development to support trading decisions, infrastructure planning, and financial reporting. JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Residue Forecasting & Pipeline Modeling * Collaborate with Gathering & Processing (G&P) teams to monitor residue gas forecasts and plant growth. * Integrate forecasts into gas flow models to estimate volumes requiring marketing and compare against firm transportation capacity. * Track actual residue volumes on company-owned pipelines vs. marketed capacity to internal trading desks and third-party shippers. * Market Analysis & Modeling * Build and maintain supply/demand models to forecast natural gas fundamentals and infrastructure trends (e.g, LNG, Data Centers, Pipelines). * Monitor regional basis spreads, pipeline constraints, and market dynamics to inform trading strategies. * Prepare market outlooks, flash updates, and strategic decks for senior leadership. * Trade Support & Risk Monitoring * Track trader positions including hedges, transport spreads, and mark-to-market performance. * Support trade entry and validation in the ETRM system; extract and compile trader position reports. * Partner with Risk Management to develop monthly reports on commodity exposure and transport books. * Commercial & Financial Coordination * Work with Accounting and Mid-Office to prepare flash P&L and monthly financial updates. * Collaborate with Corporate Development to model new pipeline projects and acquisition opportunities. * Act as a commercial liaison for accounting-related issues and reporting. * Operational Support * Assist in weekend and intraday residue gas sales for various gas processing plants. * Facilitate short-term and month-to-month gas transportation procurement strategies. * Generate commercial reports from Allegro and maintain operational spreadsheets to improve team communication. Reporting to the Director of Commodity Risk, the Senior Risk Analyst will be key to analyzing and reporting on corporate commodity price risk, working in conjunction with Front Office.
