Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

* Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
* Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
* Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
As an Inbound Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
* Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
* Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
* Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
* Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
* Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
* Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
* Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
* Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
* When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.

We're seeking a talented Lead Windows System Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft and VMware technologies, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft 365 to join our dynamic team that manages the core infrastructure driving business operations.
In this role, you'll support both on-premises and cloud environments, play a key part in infrastructure projects, and ensure the ongoing security, stability, and performance of our systems. A Day In The Life
The Manager of IT Operations & Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for:
+ Deliver operational KPIs on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
+ Identify and surface risks before they become incidents.
+ Implement and enforce process and documentation discipline.
+ Expand monitoring scope across corporate, store, and distribution center systems.
+ Coach and delegate to elevate team performance and autonomy.
+ Explore opportunities to improve services and efficiency.
+ Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operations across all IT infrastructure domains.
+ Demonstrate after-hours availability and flexibility to support the team, maintain coverage, and uphold business continuity.
+ Maintain an on-site presence as required to lead, support, and respond to operational needs.
Broader responsibilities include:
+ Operations Leadership & Partner Management: Lead and develop a 24/7 IT Operations team, fostering accountability and service excellence. Build capability through delegation, cross-training, and performance feedback. Manage staffing, schedules, and consistent shift turnover. Set expectations for ownership, communication, and follow-through. Oversee vendor/MSP relationships to ensure SLA alignment and service quality. Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and provide on-site leadership, including after-hours support as needed.
+ Operational Performance & KPI Management: Define, track, and report KPIs for incident response, availability, monitoring, job completion, and backups. Deliver dashboards and scorecards, using trends to address gaps. Maintain an operational maturity roadmap and ensure KPI targets are met through proactive monitoring and engagement, including outside standard business hours.
+ Monitoring & Incident Management: Oversee enterprise monitoring tools to ensure high-quality alerts and actionable responses. Support a unified monitoring strategy across infrastructure, network, and applications. Participate in major incident processes, ensuring timely communication and escalation aligned with SLAs.
+ Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify operational risks, develop mitigation plans with partners, and escalate issues with data-driven rationale.
+ Process & Documentation Discipline: Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Ensure procedures are current, accessible, and updated as part of incident resolution and project closeout.
+ Data Center & Infrastructure Operations: Manage data center operations, including maintenance and vendor coordination. Oversee changes in alignment with change management and audit requirements and support audits with required documentation.
+ Job Scheduling & Batch Operations: Oversee job scheduling and execution to meet SLAs. Partner with application teams to improve efficiency and optimize job workflows.
+ Backup & Recovery Management: Ensure successful backup completion and validated restores. Troubleshoot and resolve backup failures.
+ Continuous Improvement & Governance: Review workflows for efficiency and automation opportunities. Recommend service improvements, maintain audit readiness, and represent IT Operations in reviews and governance forums.
+ Scope and Impact: Oversee IT operations across corporate offices, retail stores, and distribution centers. Lead a team with budget responsibility, deliver operational KPIs, expand enterprise monitoring, identify risks proactively, and represent the function in incident and governance discussions.
You'll Come With
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ Experience:
+ 8+ years in IT Operations, including 3+ years in a management, lead, or supervisory role within a 24/7 NOC or enterprise IT operations team.
+ 3+ years of Service and Operations Management experience in managing outsourced agreements
+ Experience managing multi-location IT infrastructure environments is preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to meet SLA targets and drive team performance.

Experience firsthand what it's like to lead a retail team within a Target store. This internship is a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program to develop and prepare for your store leadership. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will get a valuable realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role (Assistant Store Manager) over a defined period of time. Within this store management internship, you will work closely with other managers and team members to develop an understanding of how Target's retail business works and what it takes to excel in a management role. You will be introduced to multiple areas of the store's business, but the majority of your time will be spent leading amongst the team, identifying and working towards store priorities, and delivering great guest service.

A Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) Design Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior product and services to customers. The Design Consultant's primary responsibility is outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows. Although sales efforts and incidental activities may take place at a customer's home or through virtual channels, a Design Consultant will spend the majority of his or her working time traveling and away from a dedicated office environment. Design Consultants will travel to customer's homes to make sales calls, assess customer needs, make individually-tailored product recommendations , develop and negotiate customized price quotes, present warranty information and financial options that meet the customer's needs and maintain/drive profitability. The Design Consultant will also complete required sales contracts and paperwork, and take measurements using industry standard methods to ensure orders meet required installation specifications. The Design Consultant is responsible for proactively soliciting and acquiring new customers inside assigned THD stores and during industry events (such as Home Shows). To drive sales and increase the pipeline of potential customers, a Design Consultant will travel to their assigned stores, maintain local relationships, educate store associates on HDIS offerings, and bring awareness to HDIS programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel and engage in outside sales activities, primarily in customers' homes. Conduct professional and compelling sales presentations. Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and effectively advocate HDIS solutions.
* Conduct incidental activities necessary to complete sales (e.g., assessing customer needs, develop price quotes, measure product specifications, etc.)
* Present warranty and available financing options to customers. Prepare for appointments, commute to/from appointments and process sales-related paperwork.
* Prospecting for new customers both inside and outside of assigned THD store and participate in scheduled industry events.
