With direct leader guidance, lead the apparel backroom process, including sort, backroom organization, & replenishment of the salesfloor in support of replenishment, fulfillment & guest needs. Plan and validate floorpad sets by ensuring visual merchandising guides, transitions, revisions, & sales plans are set accurately and teams are following remerchandising best practices as needed to support a guest ready floorpad. Establish routines to ensure fitting rooms are welcoming, clean, and safe for our team members and guest. Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends). Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions. Model the execution of physical security processes in order to enhance the instore security culture. Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store, including storage and application as directed by best practices.
