GENERAL PURPOSE: This position is responsible for end-to-end execution of the seasonal creative direction in support of Ross Marketing Plans. This role manages all photography shoots, as well as a wide range of projects across TV, print, and digital marketing (web, email, and digital advertising) channels. Sales Consultants will travel to customers' homes to make sales calls, assess customer needs, make individually-tailored product recommendations, develop and negotiate customized price quotes, present warranty information and financial options that meet the customer's needs, and maintain/drive profitability.
