Job Summary:
Utilizing high-speed complex machinery and strong attention to detail, this position completes slitting

product meets quality and quantity standards set by the customer and CCL and for color, metrics and
registration and packages and labels product in an efficient manner to ensure on time delivery to the
customer.

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Perform set up on multiple pieces of complex automated inspection and slitting equipment.
* Ensures proper validation sign-off of set up is complete prior to running a job.
* Loads labels, press rolls or other printed material into equipment.
* Reviews recognized defects, remove and/or replace defects as required according to customer
specification.
* Prepares packaging materials including cutting cores, making boxes, and printing core labels.
* Unloads finished product and packages product for shipping according to customer
specification.
* Prepares finished product for final inspection.
* Adjust, utilize and replace cutting blades on a frequent basis with proper PPE.
* Frequently operates manual pallet lifts/jacks and other lifting equipment as needed for material
and product movement.
* Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
* Report machine and equipment issues immediately that is not resolved by troubleshooting or
that is outside the scope of the operator to supervisor and or/maintenance.
* Properly complete all documentation required on the computer and by hand to track the job.
* Properly use computer to enter/retrieve job specific information and complete training
documents.
* Follows Standard Operating Procedure to not cause rework or negatively affect the customer.

Job Summary:
As a Sports Bar - Bartender, you will ensure excellent guest service in a timely manner and provide a consistent quality product. Ensure a fun and an exceptional experience during the guest visits. This position's wage is $15, plus tips!
Essential Functions:
* Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
* Responsibilities include preparing drinks correctly for guests at the bar and beverageservers.
* Ensure alcohol is served according to the company alcohol policy.
* Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:
* High School graduate or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to successfully complete TIPS trained and receive a Basset Card.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Respond to visual and aural cues
* Read, write, speak, and understand English
* Able to work flexible shifts
* Knowledge of all bar equipment usage, Alcohol Beverage Control regulations, and gaming laws.
* Ability to professionally handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
* Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Physical Demands:

* Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 40#), stretch, bend, stoop and standing for long periods of time.

The Role: Bartender - Sports Book
To be engaging with guest while providing efficient and accurate beverage service with a smile.
Responsibilities:
* Takes orders, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures for casino floor, restaurant servers, bars, and lounges.
* Requests identification from patrons when legal age is questioned (everyone appearing under 30 years of age)
* Identifies when guests need to be cut off and does not over serve guests.
* Responsible for the mixing and serving of beverages in a service station capacity to Cocktail and FoodServers in a friendly, courteous, prompt and efficient manner.
* Collects money for drinks served and processes payment according to established procedures. Provides guest with a receipt after processing order.
* Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
* Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
* Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
* Portrays a positive and cooperative attitude at all times.
* Keeps service area stocked with supplies and keeps the work area orderly and clean.
* Maintains knowledge of the most popular mixed drinks (memorizes recipes) including the proper drink garnishes and is able to mix them quickly and accurately
* Verifies bar stock and prepares storeroom requisition to replenish inventory
* Provides exceptional customer service
* Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations
* Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests
* Follows all relevant policies and procedures
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
* Prior bartender experience required, preferably in front bars.
* Must obtain ABC card prior to beginning employment.
* Must possess good communication skills
* Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled
* Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed
* Must be able to successfully pass a background check and (if assigned to work on the casino floor) receive a license from the DE Lottery
* Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire
* Must be able to learn the point of sale system and basic guest service standards.
* Must be able to speak, read and write English.
