Moves material within a warehouse or storage facility to and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts or other material handling equipment. Operates a computer and appropriate software packages to complete the order, checking, and shipping procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Accurately pulls, checks, and ships all product and equipment orders to customers, branches, franchisees.
Accurately performs all required checks and completes any paperwork required to complete the order, checking, and shipping procedures.
Utilizes company-approved computer software necessary to complete job function, and is prepared to manually perform computer-related tasks in absence of operational computers, printers, and/or software.
Immediately receives all freight deliveries in the presence of the delivery agent.
Immediately reports any shortages and/or product damage to Supervisor, Distribution Center Manager, and Delivery Agent.
Stocks received shipments upon Supervisor's approval.
Ensures all products are properly rotated when receiving shipments.
Ensures all pickable product locations are adequately stocked and ready.
Obtains and utilizes a forklift certification.
Properly maintains motorized warehouse equipment.
Lifts objects weighing at least 50 pounds multiple times daily.
Assists with physical inventory and cycle counts.
Complies with all shipping and warehouse regulations and distribution center procedures.
Cleans and maintains warehouse to ensure work efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
Performs routine aspects of the job and progresses to more varied and complex activities with development of additional knowledge and experience.

Base Pay Range
Hourly: $17.00 - $25.00

Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room. Ensuring the floor is set full with the right product, accurately priced and signed on the salesfloor with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

+ Ourguest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
+ Retail business fundamentalsincluding department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic visual merchandising
+ Industry trends including style, seasonality,and brand differentiation
+ Set, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guest
**As a Style Consultant, no two days** **are ever the same, but a typical day will** **most** **likely** **include** **the following responsibilities:**
+ Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
+ Leverage store tools to understand sales,inventory ownership, & use to solve & support guest needs.
+ Sort truck freight, push freightto the salesfloor, and locatemerchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
+ Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
+ Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floorpad.
+ Execute & maintain backroom organization, inclusive of locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, & guest requests.
+ Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
+ Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, inclusive of signing execution.
+ Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
+ Support fulfillment and guest's needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.
+ Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
+ Work in a safe manner at all times;comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
+ Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
+ Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
+ When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
+ Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.

+ Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

+ Work both independently and with a team
+ Resolve guest questions quickly
+ Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

+ Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary.
+ Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
+ Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
