What You'll Do
As an HR Coordinator, you will be providing administrative and project assistance to the Human Resources team. This person will provide professional and confidential support for a variety of administrative duties and projects, while creating positive relationships within the organization. In additiona, this position also manages travel company-wide.
Actively participate with the team on companywide and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives to align with company objectives.
Provide execution support on projects.
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on deliverables.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential information in a professional manner, process confidential reports and documents.
Manage and distribute correspondence as needed.
Manage travel arrangements for associates and applicants, including air, hotel, and car.
Research and compare travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
Negotiate direct bill rates and establish relationships with hotels to ensure the best rate possible.
Facilitate the relocation of associates by assisting with finding and booking relocation services, arranging payment for services, and facilitating reimbursement of moving expenses.
Monitor and facilitate the use of company travel credit cards and other applicable award and discount programs.
Process payment for travel, background check, and drug test invoices.
Track and report on expenses.
Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

What You'll Do
As an HR Coordinator, you will be providing administrative and project assistance to the Human Resources team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administer employee health and welfare programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, and flexible spending accounts.
Conduct benefit orientations, assist with enrollments, and counsel employees on plan options to support informed decisions.
Serve as primary liaison with insurance carriers and third-party administrators; resolve issues and maintain effective relationships.
Support employees with benefit updates via the Employee Self-Service Portal and ensure HRIS data accuracy for all changes.
Develop and distribute benefit communications to increase awareness, participation, and understanding of programs and changes.
Monitor performance of benefit vendors, carriers, auditors, and consultants.
Administer and manage all aspects of employee leaves of absence in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Coordinate benefit, leave, and payroll communications across departments.
Support and lead company wellness initiatives and recommend program improvements.
Maintain accurate benefit files, reports, audits, and enrollment data; ensure compliance, confidentiality, and data integrity.
Oversee open enrollment including planning, communications, testing, meetings, employee enrollment, and post-enrollment clean-up.
Coordinate plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions, and insurance billing with reconciliation and audits.
Ensure ACA compliance, including eligibility tracking and submission of Forms 1095-C and 1094-C.

YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA
As Talent Acquisition & HR Senior Associate, based in New York, you will bring your expertise in recruitment and people operations to the Human Resources team, helping us attract, engage, and retain top talent across our corporate offices and Northeast store network.
You'll work closely with the SVP of HR, and hiring managers to shape a best-in-class candidate and employee experience while driving meaningful results for the business.

Talent Acquisition
Lead full life-cycle recruitment for corporate functions and Northeast store locations, from strategy and sourcing to selection and offer.
Build and nurture talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach, ensuring a strong bench for current and future needs.
Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights, improving fill rates, and enhancing the overall recruitment process.
Oversee recruitment reporting, budgets, and compliance while leveraging KPIs to track performance and optimize results.
Deliver LinkedIn best practice training and collaborate with Marketing to create content that elevates employer branding and candidate engagement.
Prepare offer letters, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and support employee engagement, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives.
Coordinate reference checks, background checks, and compensation alignment in partnership with HR colleagues. Human Resources Management:
Support SVP Human Resources on employee relations and performance management issues for corporate employees
Support SVP Human Resources on annual Performance Evaluation and Salary Review processes.
