Responsible for maintaining infrastructure for Rawlings business units. Plans, designs, implements, maintains endpoint management solutions and devices under the direction of the Infrastructure Director and Infrastructure Architect Manager. Responsible for backup & recovery, monitoring, administering and securing Rawlings infrastructure assets and solutions. Familiarity / expertise with two or more technologies such as endpoint management, networking, data center/Azure Cloud, and M365. Responsible for equipment at remote sites as well as corporate headquarters. Provides escalation support for rest of IT. Which may include assistance with windows desktops, laptops and servers; including installation, maintenance, backup and recovery, monitoring and security management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Determines and solves a variety of remote site computer or network related problems and collaborate with peers to implement solutions. Provides remote sites network hardware maintenance and coordination of repairs as needed. Follows procedures for server and user administration and management. Creates and maintains documentation of procedures for user administration. Responsible for firewall management and administration. Administers end point and mobile device solutions and services. Creates and maintains configurations for user equipment and maintains backups of all configurations. Ensures that all configurations are backed for disaster recovery purposes as well.
