I liked that all I had to do was ask to be trained on another department and they would accommodate that within the week usually. Feedback on ways to increase productivity was always welcomed.
I didn’t like there hiring process. During my years there I saw them keep horrible workers who didn’t care, while letting go those that really wanted to be there.
I got to see what’s going to be released before it was released and the programs they have set up for their employees as far as health fitness daycare.
