The Regional Sales Director develops new prospects and interacts with existing multifamily, single-family housing, NFA, and top 50 customers to increase sales of the organization's products and/or services. The Rubber Process Development Chemist is a key member of the Research & Development (R&D) team and is responsible for developing and improving rubber compounds and processing methods for the Middlefield, Ohio facility, which specializes in rubber molding and extrusion.
