This is a 10.5-month faculty appointment based on Tarleton's main campus in Stephenville, TX. Work hours: Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work and teaching requirements indicate. Successful candidates will be passionate about serving rural communities and committed to advancing the role of occupational therapy in both traditional and emerging practice settings. May be assigned to teach at various campus locations or through approved instructional modalities, as determined by the institution based on operational needs. The entry-level occupational therapy doctoral degree program has applied for accreditation and has been granted Candidacy Status by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), located at 7501 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 510E, Bethesda, MD 20814.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
100% Teaching and Service:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and/or laboratory offerings to graduate students using transformative learning models that foster critical thinking, active learning, collaboration, and hands-on experiences.
* Develop curriculum and course syllabi in alignment with ACOTE guidelines and program goals; select instructional materials, and design assessments such as exams, quizzes, papers, etc.
* Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and evaluate student learning outcomes to inform teaching practices and curriculum improvements.
* Engage students in active learning, foster critical thinking skills, and provide opportunities for discussion, collaboration, and hands-on learning.
* Provide academic support and mentorship to students through office hours, guidance on assignments, and advising doctoral-level capstone projects.
* Adhere to university policies, academic integrity standards, and accreditation requirements related to teaching responsibilities.
* Incorporate innovative teaching methods, technologies, and pedagogical approaches to enhance student learning and engagement.
* Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current in the field, improve teaching skills, and explore new instructional strategies.
* Collaborate with colleagues, departmental faculty, and university staff to coordinate course offerings, share resources, and contribute to program development and improvement.
* Serve on Program, Department, School, Division or University committees and participate in institutional service roles, including student/faculty recruitment and mentoring of new and part-time faculty.
* Participate in curriculum design, interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary planning, program evaluation, accreditation responsibilities, and holistic application review.
* Maintain and monitor lab spaces, and collaborate and monitor clinical services onsite and within community, as appropriate.

Required Education and Experience:
* Completed doctoral degree awarded by an institution that is accredited by a USDE-recognized institutional accrediting body required (or equivalent).
* Must have an active Texas state license (or be license eligible) as an Occupational Therapist and possess an initial NBCOT certification.
* Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Previous teaching experience for an ACOTE accredited occupational therapy education program. However, Occupational Therapists new to academia are encouraged to apply. They will have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment with active and supportive mentoring and faculty development training.
* Experience in rural care.
* Record of scholarly activities/research line and maintenance of credentials.
* Evidence in responsiveness to current trends in occupational therapy practice and/or education and evidence of professional service at local, state and/or national level.
Academic Rank:
* Rank will be determined by reviewing the faculty member's record of years of experience and professional achievements in teaching, service, and research consistent with the Texas A&M system guidance.

Under general supervision, the College of Liberal and Fine Arts Program Specialist I performs entry-level duties for the College of Liberal and Fine Arts and its departments, programs, and partnerships, and supports the expansion and visibility of undergraduate, graduate, and PhD programs while fostering ongoing student connections.

Responsibilities:
45% Planning and Implementation of Program Growth Initiatives (Undergraduate, Masters, and Doctoral):
* Plan and coordinate programs and services to expand awareness and enrollment in COLFA's undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs.

This is a nine-month, tenure track position that reports to the Head of the Department of Agricultural Sciences. WTAMU is located in the Texas Panhandle, one of the largest cattle feeding areas in the world (6 million head annually), and one of the most prolific crop-producing areas in the world, (14 million acres of cultivated cropland), both of which are multi-billion dollars industries. The highest total value crops in the region are wheat, corn, ensilage, hay, sorghum and cotton. The position will focus on the various aspects of agricultural economics including but not limited to management, marketing, finance, policy, trade, and retail sales and will provide support to the current academic track to increase the enrollment at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. WTAMU is a four-year academic institution with more than 9,000 students including more than 1,150 students in the department granting Bachelor, Master of Science, Master of Agriculture, and Doctoral degrees. Responsibilities:
40% Fabrication: Design and fabricate custom tools, components, and prototypes to support teaching and research initiatives. Operate advanced manufacturing equipment-including CNC machines, lathes, welding systems, autoclaves, and 3D printers-with a focus on precision and efficiency. Interpret and apply technical drawings while working collaboratively with students, faculty, and researchers to transform engineering concepts into functional solutions. Provide expert guidance on material selection, manufacturability, and design improvements.

Under the direction of the Graduate & Faculty Services Coordinator, the Archivist/Librarian II is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Archives, coordinating the identification, appraisal, acquisition, processing, storage, access, preservation and disposal of Archives, and promoting collections documenting the history of Tarleton State University and the Erath County region.

Responsibilities:
55% Processing Preservation & Collection Maintenance:
Leads development of physical asset projects
Develops, implements, and executes processes enabling appraisal, acquisition, arrangement, description, and preservation of physical archive collections using best standards and practices.
Manages access to physical collections through research and DACS-compliant finding aids as well as bibliographies, subject guides, MARC-formatted catalog entries, and other tools to aid users.
Assess physical condition of the collections and identify conservation/preservation needs and perform preservation activities as needed including digitization.
Maintain statistics, storage and shelving of collections and archival space.
Assist in identifying records suitable for digitization and in the development of strategies for records requiring reformatting.
Submit regular reports on status of processing and other reports as needed.
Train and supervise the processing work of student assistants.
25% University archives/records management:
Leads efforts related to the procurement of new collections. Cultivates donor relations and participates in donor events. Engages in outreach and collaboration with campus and community partners.

Advise/assist University offices and departments with best practices for management of historical university records including arranging for the transfer of materials in accordance with records retention approved policies and best practices.

20% Professional Librarian: Serve the community using expertise in reference, instruction, liaison, and professional duties specifically in Archives and Special collections.

Apply knowledge of appropriate best practices and library and national standards to develop and implement archives reference services.
Maintain a reading room with appropriate services, furniture, and equipment to provide an environment conducive to research with archival materials including maintaining policies and guidelines for reading room.

Education and Experience:

2. Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs. Candidates should place their hands under the armpits.
3. Complete a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds.
* Starting in the water, swim 20 yards, The face may be in or out of the water, Swim goggles are not allowed.
* Surface dive, feet first or head first, to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object.
* Return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point with both hands holding the object and keeping the face at or near the surface so you are able to get a breath. Exit the water without using a ladder or steps.

The Accreditation and Compliance Specialist collaborates with stakeholders to provide leadership in areas of institutional accreditation and compliance. Duties
Ability to balance graduate course work and basketball
Assist coaching staff in on court practice duties
Ability to assistant student athletes with on court workouts, rebounding, and chalk talk
Assist coaching staff in monitoring student-athletes academic performance. Emphasis on graduation rates and academic progress.
Monitor all workouts to ensure student-athlete safety
Be knowledgeable of, and abide by, all university, NCAA Division III, and conference policies
Assist in recruiting and retaining high quality student-athletes
Correspond with prospects using a variety of communication channels; including written, in person contact, phone and visits.
Support student-athlete academic and athletic excellence, leadership development, team development and community service.
Ability to assist coaching staff with day to day operations
Ability to be flexible and work long hours
Order and maintain all equipment necessary
Comfortable using Microsoft, Synergy, Hudl, and other software
Stay current with developments in the profession
