Maintain regular contact with service providers and document service progress. Provides community education through public presentations. Organize, prioritize and complete all work assignments by the established deadlines. Develop and maintain knowledge of community resources, program eligibility requirements, key contact persons, emergency procedures, and waiting lists of available resources. Work collaboratively with volunteers and community resources. Knowledgeable of Hillsborough County child serving systems and community resources. Knowledge of Children's Board policies. Accurately document all case activities and maintain the case file in accordance with the standardized case file format. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with local programs and offer parents/caregivers information and materials regarding community programs. Attend all appointments, staff meetings, trainings, seminars, workshops, etc., as necessary and as required by supervisor. Organize, prioritize and complete all work assignments by the established deadlines. Work flexible hours to include some evenings and Saturdays. Other duties as assigned.
