GENERAL PURPOSE\:
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow Associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The Retail Associate is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours, and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require. The Associate may be requested to perform additional tasks in specific situations, if performance of these tasks will help achieve our Customer service and operational goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Understands that safety is the number one priority and practices safe behaviors in everything they do.
Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone. Maintains clutter free, clear egress to emergency exits. Immediately corrects or reports any unsafe conditions or practices to Store Leadership.
Treats all Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; is friendly and professional at all times. Recognizes fellow Associates using Company recognition programs.
Assists Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner. Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying “hello” throughout the Store as well as saying “thank you” with every register transaction.
Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times. Responds to Customer Service calls immediately. Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the Store Leadership when needed.
Represents and supports the Company brand at all times.
Maintains a professional appearance, and adheres to the Company dress code at all times.
Performs daily assigned sizing and recovery per company best practice to ensure a neat, clean and organized store that is well-maintained and efficiently merchandised to standards.
Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor with a sense of urgency, merchandising all items per company best practice to the monthly presentation guidelines and maintaining merchandise/brand name familiarity within departments to assist Customers.
Understands the Loss Prevention Awareness program, the Shortage Highway, the Store Protection Specialist (SPS) position (where applicable), and merchandise protection standards.
As a representative of Ross Inc., demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with Associates and Customers. Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information, and merchandise.
Follows all Mark-Out-of-Stock (MOS) policies, including the identification of MOS merchandise, proper processing of each piece and the notification of Store Leadership to review and approve all disposals.
Follows all policies and procedures concerning cash, check, charge card and refund transactions, voids and offline procedures. Maintains a high level of awareness and accuracy when handling bankable tenders.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency to efficiently perform their role. Maximizes productivity by executing all Store best practices and minimizing steps and touches in their work flow.

Administrative Leadership Responsibilities shall include:

EDUCATION
A M.D. or D.O., completion of a residency in Psychiatry, licensure as a physician in the State of California, and certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two (2) years' experience working on an inpatient unit as a psychiatrist. Prior management and leadership experience preferred.

Uses motivational interviewing and harm reduction skills, as well as trauma-informed approach, to encourage eligible clients to choose treatment. Also conducts outreach to other service providers and stakeholders to market the MRT BHC program, to increase awareness of its services and target population among providers who might refer eligible clients to the program. Educates community members, service providers, MRT BHC partners, and other County department personnel about SUD, treatment, and care coordination. Knowledgeable about all of the above and responsive to client, family, and stakeholder questions.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Service:
Engage potential clients at various locations (e.g., streets, community services organizations, shelters, etc.), at frequent and regular intervals to educate and motivate them to engage in SUD treatment services.
Establishes and maintains cooperative linkages with other providers (e.g., hospital emergency departments, law enforcement, public, private, and other social, economic, health, legal, vocational, and mental health partners) to make appropriate referrals that address unmet client needs.
Conduct presentations for other County departments and partners in the MRT BHC and on the MLKCH campus, as well as potential referral partners on SUD treatment including, but not limited to: the SUD treatment system, the referral process, and how to improve care coordination.
Promote culturally and linguistically relevant public awareness about SUDs and inform the community about available SUD treatment options.
May need to also provide client care hours and submit progress notes within 72 hours of service delivery.
Documentation must maintain in compliance with agency policy and procedures, HIPAA, 42-CFR, DMH, and SAPC standards.
Assists the client with intake by completing case management assessment and entering financial and benefit information.
Supports the client in apply for Medi-cal or transfer Medi-cal county when appropriate.
Assess the client's case management needs and completes all releases of information.
Connects the client to benefits, mental health, physical health, employment, probation, DCFS, employment, housing, community resources, outpatient substance use disorder services, and aftercare.
Coordinates communication and external service linkage including: assisting with scheduling appointments, communicating with probation, scheduling child visits, communicating with DCFS, obtaining all court minute orders, providing appointment reminders for therapy and psychiatrist.
May completes the VI-SPDAT and connects the client to safe housing options.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in social sciences field required; bachelor's degree in social work preferred.
CPR certified preferred - Registration or Certification as Substance Abuse Counselor from an approved/accredited California agency.
Possession of valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years' experience working with individuals who are homeless, mentally ill, HIV positive, substance-using, and/or involved in the criminal justice system.

Background Clearance Required:

Quarterly, two week long on call after hours cell phone rotation as well as rotating 'Therapist of the Day' responsibilities during regular business hours. Attends staff and agency meetings. Participates in agency trainings as required. Complies with Board requirements for license registration/renewal.
Self-Care Wellness Plan: In collaboration with supervisor, develop and maintain a self-care wellness plan (strategies to maintain physical, psychological/mental, emotional/relational, and spiritual health) to prevent compassion fatigue.
Documentation Responsibilities: Daily maintenance of monitoring of EMR report, to prevent and clear any compliance errors in records. Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, completes release and consent forms, billing and reporting paperwork in hard copy and online in various electronic systems. In addition, completes assigned Drug Medi-Cal, Medicare and Medi-Cal documentation and billing. Documents individual and group services delivered in various electronic systems in accordance with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements.

Required:
* Licensed or Board Registered with Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology
* Minimum two years of experience in a substance abuse treatment or community mental health setting.
* First Aid certified within 30 days of employment
* CPR certified within 30 days of employment
* A valid California driver's license

Revenue Cycle Super User

CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
Oversee complete, timely, and accurate data entry of admissions, eligibility, and authorization data across all required forms and systems (i.e. Avatar, PCNX, SmartCare).
Conduct regular audits of data entry - identify, correct and/or escalate errors as needed.
Review and reconcile denials and rejections at both County and State levels in coordination with the Billing Team.
Serve as main point of contact between the department, QA, and Billing for data entry and reconciliation issues.
Identify and escalate system or recurring issues for analysis and resolution.
Run and interpret system reports to identify trends, error patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain detailed logs of data errors, corrective actions taken and outstanding issues.
Provide hands-on training to departmental staff to promote accurate and consistent data entry practices.
Participate in billing trainings and apply insights to refine internal processes.
Serve as the first-line accountability for RCM data accuracy within department.
Work closely with Billing, QA and Supervisors on process improvements, performance initiatives and issue resolution.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by Supervisor, Director or CEO.
Revenue Cycle Super User I:
High School Diploma or GED and
One year of experience in a healthcare organization, billing or finance role
Revenue Cycle Super User II:
High School Diploma or GED and
Three years' experience in a healthcare organization, billing, or finance
EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in SUD billing, healthcare data entry, QA, or program management strongly preferred.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems (i.e. Avatar, PCNX, SmartCare) is a plus, training provided if needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
Data entry of billing, review & audit data systems for SAPC & DMH contracts.
Facilitate administrative aspect of admission/discharge of cases in both AVATAR and SAGE data systems.
Coordinate and facilitate new employees into SAGE & AVATAR.
Generate weekly and monthly reports from SAGE & AVATAR (Generic Extracts for all revenue producing contracts).
Ensure patient records are accurate in AVATAR & SAGE.
Assist clinical supervisors in running productivity reports for staff in DMH & SAPC contracts.
Provide training and orientation to new staff regarding billing, data systems, and admission/discharge within SAPC & DMH contracts.
Assist new hires with processing entry into SAGE (C numbers) and training them to use the system.
Perform Avatar intake/chart opening of new patients enrolled in DMH contracted programs.
Any other duties as requested by Director and/or administrative staff.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Good organizational and communication skills, verbal and written skills and knowledge of billing systems is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) year experience in billing or administrative field preferred. Experience sorting, organizing, and reporting volumes of data preferred.
