RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and regulations, and adhering to hours-of-service requirements
Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured, and managing paperwork related to shipments
Collect delivery instructions from dispatcher, verifying instructions and routes
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks

The EHS Manager will assist TAS Environmental and Specialized Waste Systems Employees, Supervisors, Safety Champions, and Leadership to continually improve the company Safety Culture, strengthen Risk Management, plus implement successful Industry Best Practices. The EHS Manager may be asked to help develop or implement EHS Safety Programs, Engineering Controls, Employee Training, Behavior Based Safety Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and more as needed. Ensure EHS evaluations are completed regularly at jobsites, company owned facilities, and other company associated operations to identify EHS attributes, areas for EHS improvements, or to identify vehicle, heavy equipment, work equipment, or mechanical deficiencies that need to be corrected to avoid EHS Impacts. Ensure the evaluations are entered into the EHS Momentum Safety Management System. Perform site visits as part of inspections
Provide technical assistance to Supervisors during incidents, investigations, chemical spills, and other emergency responses. Manage all minor medical to major medical emergencies involving employees assigned to company job sites, preserving employee privacy and HIPAA compliance.
Inspect work areas and create a written report at least monthly to summarize facility, or field audit findings. The report will be designed to promote positive EHS attributes, good catches, employee contributions, deficiencies that were corrected, unsafe behaviors, unsafe conditions, or corrective measure that were taken to reduce future incidents.
Ensure Employee, and Supervisor EHS Impact investigations for all near-miss, incident, and accidents, or Third-Party reports of property damage are documented at the end of every shift. These reports will be entered into EHS Momentum system immediately, on the same day, or as soon as practical during life threating events or natural disaster type incidents.
Ensure significant post-impact, post-accident, or post employee injury Workers Compensation reports are completed to determine contributing factors, and basic root cause(s) of the accident and corrective actions to be taken to prevent reoccurrence.
Guide and assist work personnel to ensure a clean, safe, healthy, and environmentally sound workplace exists and is maintained. Act as primary on-site technical resource in the area of general regulatory compliance as it relates to EHS.
Ensure required EHS related inspections and audits are performed daily, weekly, or monthly and document proper corrective actions, and follow up when necessary.
Ensure all required EHS related employee training is identified and conducted as required e.g., monthly, semi-annually, or weekly, when needed. Ensure site specific training is completed via Contractor Safety Council or Client orientation is completed within the agreed time frame.
Maintain Atlantic Employee Training System, Client Questionnaires, Contractor MS, ISNetworld, Aveda, EcoVadis, US Coast Guard OSRO certification, Safety Equipment Inventory, Veriforce, and more
Periodically help develop, review, or update EHS programs, policies, and procedures for all business lines, and recommend changes where necessary. Work alongside site Employees, Supervisor, Safety Champions, and Leadership to eliminate EHS hazards.
Maintain open lines of communication 24-7, weekends, holidays, during and after business hours by cell phone with Employees and Leadership. Ensure Job Safety Analyses, and Hazard Risk Assessments are up to date, have been communicated to the Employees, and appropriate personal protective equipment and other safeguards are adequately identified and in use.
Periodically help initiate work orders for repair of complex machinery and safety equipment, as needed with respect to EHS program requirements. Maintain all required EHS records and ensure mandatory reporting requirements are met.
Coordinate with HR and Workman's Compensation personnel as needed when an injury occurs. Ensure Chemical Inventory List, Safety Data Sheets, labels, signage, and other hazardous communication information regarding chemicals used in the workplace.

Operations Technician The hazardous waste Operations Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of hazardous waste incineration equipment. This role involves handling, processing, and disposing of hazardous materials in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
This position is a 12 hour rotating shift from 4:30-4:30
Essential Functions & Requirements:

Environmental Customer Coordinator
As an Environmental Customer Coordinator you will be responsible for servicing customer accounts by managing customer inquiries regarding Arcwood services, including cost and proper documentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions & Requirements:
* Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
* Utilizes understanding of waste generator requirements to provide insights to customers
* Manages customer inquiries and questions regarding Arcwood services, associated costs and proper documentation requirements; maintains an understanding of when to escalate customer issues

On an annual basis, RM generally plugs and abandons between 5 and 8 wells of varying complexity.
Scope of work may also include dismantling of abandoned infrastructure associated with the well field.
bp Canada: legacy P&A investigation into leaking well notices from regulators and, if needed, P&A services for bp Canada under the attached bp Canada SLA.
The role would consult with and advise in-country liability manager.
Alaska: Legacy exploration wells (and associated environmental matters) outside the bpxa sale to Hillcorp.
At present, there are only two active regulatory directives for P&A and environmental/reclamation work; Foggy Island Bay State #1 (completed in 2024) and Gubc Unit No 1 (work to start in winter 2025/2026).
There are approximately 65 well sites with known bp heritage company ties.
As the Alaska sale to Hillcorp was completed in 2020, residual P&A and environmental scope were assigned to RM.
RM is working to firm up governance on this process thru the Wells organization.
Legacy wells present distinct difficulties.
These wells are aged and have been inactive for extended periods, with frequently inadequate or non-existent drilling and plugging records.
They are typically situated in remote areas, on third-party owned property and may be built with unconventional/unknown casing and cements designs.
The RM Legacy Wells Specialist manages all aspects of legacy well plugging and abandonment (P&A).
This includes collaborating with BP Legal and the RM Land and Legal Team to confirm BP's responsibility for P&A, coordinating with land agents to secure site access, communicating with landowners and regulatory agencies, planning project activities, selecting and hiring contractors, overseeing P&A operations, handling demolition and removal of existing structures such as tanks and pipelines, and completing site restoration.
A detailed list of specific responsibilities is provided below.
Job Responsibilities* Ensure that the mechanical and cement plugs are correctly positioned and installed properly to serve as reliable long-term barriers .
* Oversee contractor performance, scope, and service quality for well abandonment and decommissioning to ensure cost-effectiveness* Prepare all decision support documents (DSP) according to the Project Common Process guidelines.

Operational Excellence Engineer
As an Operational Excellence Engineer you will be responsible for driving operational excellence to deliver year-over-year improvements in cost and productivity. This role is responsible for translating key Company and FPP (Full Potential Plan) initiatives into action for the Operations function, and the implementation of key KPI's related to cost, maintenance, automation, reliability, etc. This role will be aligned with the Operational & Engineering Center of Excellence and will have a dotted line responsibility to the local Plant Leader.
It is expected that this role will be able to offset inflation as a minimum expectation within its respective facility.
Essential Functions & Requirements:
* Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
* Actively reviews practices, workflows and systems to identify opportunities and advises on appropriate interventions for process improvements that impact production and business results; champions waste eliminations and reductions
* Designs, develops, and implements effective solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, including creating and updating process documentation and workflows, and ensuring they are sustained by the business
* Drives improvement projects across various departments, utilizing standardized OPEX tools and methods to enhance performance and maximize EBITDA
* Facilitates change management by engaging with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and provides training and support to employees at all levels to encourage the adoption of new processes and tools
* Promotes a safety-first culture by incorporating health and safety considerations into all process improvements
* Incorporates data analysis and problem solving through lean manufacturing methodologies, DMAIC, Value Stream Maps, 5-Why, Ishikawa diagrams, FMEAs and/or Kaizen to investigate issues and performance drivers to establish robust action plans
* Drives knowledge exchange with technology experts (plant resources, engineering solutions, internal/external consultant groups, sister plants, etc.) to increase awareness of potential improvement opportunities
* Encourages innovative thinking and explores new technologies or methodologies that could further enhance operational excellence within the Company
* Trains and coaches employees on operational excellence principles and methodologies
* Monitors the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and makes necessary adjustments
* Creates and presents reports on FPP initiatives and their impact to leadership
* Utilizes project management principles to complete oversight and management of capital, plant and cost reduction projects
* Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for process-related concerns
* Reduces use of assumptions and expands use of support data for effective decision making
* Maintains the ability to travel as needed, up to 30%
* Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (required)
* Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
Experience:
* 10+ years of proven experience in engineering, maintenance, reliability, project management, Six Sigma/LEAN, productivity or continuous improvement roles (required)
Competencies:
* Results oriented, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information from a variety of sources
* Ability to see the big picture, translating details into an organizational perspective
* Ability to develop and track KPIs for operational excellence initiatives
* Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identifying and resolving issues
