What You'll Do Day-To-Day
* Installs, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at plant sites; may include equipment associated with refueling, inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components.
* Conducts routine and non-routine tasks, operates specialized equipment, takes measurements, extracts and compiles data regarding equipment and process performance; collates data on task and outage performance.
* Develops calculations, tables, reports and related data; maintains maintenance logs and certification documents.
* Develops maintenance procedures, problem reports, field schedules, and task close out reports, as needed.
* Participates in planning and executing projects; assists in preparation of proposal and procurement documents.
* May provide input to training materials and may conduct training, as needed.
* Complies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance.
* Works flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service.
* May require extensive travel to a variety of regional and remote job sites.
* May/Will require unescorted nuclear site access.

Your Impact on our Mission
We are seeking a Principal Analyst in Marketing Measurement and Effectiveness to join Zocdoc's Analytics team. You'll be embedded within both the Provider Acquisition product team, and the Provider Marketing team. In this role, you'll shape how we measure and optimize the efficiency of our B2B provider acquisition and marketing efforts. You will develop and own marketing measurement frameworks, design attribution and incrementality methodologies, and influence strategy with data-driven insights. Provider Acquisition Funnel Analytics: Own measurement of the Zocdoc.com Provider website, collaborating with Product and Marketing to understand user journeys and improve engagement, conversion rate, and overall acquisition through experimentation and top-of-funnel optimization.
B2B Marketing Analytics: Analyze performance of B2B marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting large accounts; design lift analyses and attribution across channels to inform spend allocation.
Attribution & Cost per Acquisition Methodology: Build multi-touch attribution models, codify cost per acquisition measurement across channels, and establish frameworks for marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing (MMM, Shapley/Markov chain, Bayesian geo holdouts).
Experimentation & Causal Inference: Partner with Marketing to design rigorous experiments, set minimum detectable effect thresholds, and ensure robust design for causal inference.
Turning Analysis Into Influence: Build executive-ready presentations with structured narratives and actionable recommendations on spend and resource allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure clean data flows across the marketing measurement stack.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 140,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Provide strategic, executive-level counsel on Workday capabilities, compliance risks, and technical debt, driving decisions on major global policy changes, country rollouts, and legislative compliance (e.g., FLSA, EMEA/APAC working time directives).
Workday Benefits Architecture and Administration (30%)
Architect Global Benefits: Own the strategic design and configuration of all Benefit Plans, Plan Types, Coverage Levels, and complex Eligibility Rules across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with global and regional compensation philosophies.
Lead Enrollment Events: Configure and manage end-to-end Open Enrollment and Life Events/Change Benefits Events, defining workflow rules, validation processes, and employee self-service experience.

Lead the design and deployment of the integration for new country rollouts, specifically utilizing certified frameworks like Workday Global Payroll Connect (GPC), Additional Payroll Data (APD), and Data Changes on Demand (DCOD).
Complex Configuration and Compliance Assurance
Lead the end-to-end configuration and design of the most complex PAT and Benefits processes, including advanced calculation rules for overtime/shift differentials, complex accrual and balance plans, regional/country-specific time policies, and Evidence of Insurability (EOI) rules.
Establish and enforce rigorous design principles to ensure system stability, data integrity, and seamless integration to minimize pay cycle risk across all payroll methodologies (Workday and CloudPay).
Partner with Finance and People Operations to redesign and transform complex processes, maximizing automation to achieve a "touchless payroll" environment by designing innovative, future-state Workday solutions.
What you'll need to thrive (Requirements)
A minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on, expert-level Workday configuration experience.
At least seven (7) years of deep, primary functional expertise specifically within Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PAT).
Mandatory: Proven architectural expertise in configuring and managing Workday Benefits (Plan Setup, Eligibility, Enrollment Events, and Carrier Integrations).
Mandatory: Proven, hands-on architectural experience managing and expanding Workday Global Payroll Integrations with a third-party provider (CloudPay experience is a significant advantage).
