**General Summary**

The Task Order Manager (TM) is responsible for developing the overall strategy for Contractor's work requirements, including key personnel, quality control and customer relationships. The TM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to the daily operation of this IDIQ in the absence of the Project Manager (PM). Functional authority and task guidance are the responsibility of the TM. Services provided shall include Logistic Support as specified in the Performance Work Statement.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for the development of overall management, execution, and personnel identification for all Task Orders.

+ Shall be able to effectively communicate and use technical manuals and references.

+ Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive safety program.

+ Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional team.

+ Support Site Manager for successful implementation of all contractual matters and CDRL reports at designated site/location.

+ Meet with the contracting officer, contract administrator, government's quality assurance person and other government personnel as deemed necessary.

+ Support Task Order Site Manager; may be required to travel OCONUS to support Task Order Site Manager, supporting transition and phase-in activities.

+ Develop IDIQ level subcontracting opportunities, identify potential subcontractors and support team subcontracts.

+ Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of time charging.

+ Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements**

+ A minimum of five years of IDIQ Task Order management and leadership experience. IDIQ Task Order management experience to include: performance management of employees, training, completing required reports, and excellent customer satisfaction results.

+ Five (5) years' experience in health care construction, renovation, and repair project management in a hospital environment, including the oversite experience over a diversified sub-contract workforce.

+ Must be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the Individual Task Order (IJO) tasks covered by the performance work statement, NFPA, EPA, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) codes and standards and TJC for hospital accreditations.

+ Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

+ Must possess knowledge and understanding of all aspects of medical facility construction.

+ Must have experience in the federal government design and construction management policies and procedures to include: DoD MTF design standards, bid preparation, bid solicitation, bid evaluation and selection, award, inspection, acceptance and project close-out.

+ Within 8 months of reporting on site the Task Order Manager must attend the following classes provided by the American Society of Hospital Engineers: NFPA 101 for Healthcare (3 day course), NFPA 99 (3 day course), and ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (2 day course). The contractor will provide to the COR a copy of the certificate of completion for each of these courses.

+ Excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills.

+ Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.

+ Experience in contingency environments and knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.

**Work Environment**

+ Works in office areas as well as throughout the facility.

+ Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting.

+ Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, etc. but generally not to the point of being disagreeable.

+ Minimal exposure to chemicals such as cleaning solutions; minimal exposure to blood and other bodily fluids.
