Pros of working at Tastefully Simple

There's a big difference between working for TS and being a consultant for them- the pay is not great for employees but at least consultants set their own hours

Cons of working at Tastefully Simple

if Tastefully Simple is doing so well, why are consultants leaving the company left and right and why prices and/or shipping increasing every 6 mnths, and why are commissions so low

they talk a good game, even if none of them actually are making money from direct sales- they are not truly in the trenches so to speak

too much pressure on juggling 3 million things with Tastefully Simple supposedly the end all, be all of your life

there were no interviews for Tastefully Simple consultants- it was all about paying the $ and signing a contract. Even training was very impersonal

seriously thinking of quitting like others in my area

so little, I bet it is less than 1%. When I asked about it, I was told that 2 pictures in the catalog with minorities represented was enough
