It's a 100% bogus/fraudulent company where they don't care about your efforts. They lay you off over the phone, claiming the company isn't doing well financially due to poor sales performance. Internal job transfers are misleading, and they never pay the full variable pay. There's a lot of internal politics, so it's better not to join this company. All HR policies are fake; during onboarding, they present an idealistic image, but none of the policies are implemented properly. The HR staff are rude, and all the policies mentioned by tatacliq during onboarding are completely false. The HR team makes false promises, arranging buddy connects and more. The CEO is ineffective, and there's a lack of coordination between management and teams. Whenever there's a sales downturn, they resort to layoffs and fail to properly compensate employees. There are no salary hikes and recognition for hard work. Management pressures employees to resign and coerces them into giving positive feedback. Mental torture and pressure are common, with layoffs often happening over the phone. If you're considering joining, negotiate for a salary at least 80% higher than market standards to make some money before inevitable layoffs.
