Job Requirements
PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, Statistics, Biology, Biochemistry or similar field required.
Prior experience in leading Bioinformatics, translational research, and/or laboratory-based research and development teams.
Demonstrated experience in processing of high-volume genomic data generation and/or analysis including from technologies such as microarrays or NGS required. NGS data analysis highly preferred.
Knowledge of human immune system and cancer biology required, direct experience in cancer research, including a working understanding of computational approaches for cancer genome and transcriptome analysis, highly preferred.
Prior research experience and academic publications in data analysis for immune profiling and computational methods for immune response biomarker development in tissue and blood is a plus.
Knowledge of commercial and open-source databases and proficiency in utilizing data from public resources such as TCGA, ICGC, COSMIC, HGMD, ClinVar etc. as part of data analysis or method development highly preferred.

Duties Include
Family physician, internist or medical subspecialist
Evaluates patient signs and symptoms, reviews laboratory and radiological data, diagnoses complex cases, and institutes treatments as appropriate. May serve as a consultant to other physicians, including specialists in other fields.
Surgical specialist or subspecialist
Evaluates patient signs and symptoms, reviews laboratory and radiological data, recommends, performs, and consults on specialized surgical procedures within his or her specialty field.
Pediatrician
Examines, diagnoses, and treats pediatric patients; refers to other physicians, clinics, and agencies when so indicated.
Obstetrician/gynecologist
Provides obstetrical and gynecological care including screening, diagnosis, treatment, prenatal and obstetrical care.
Specialist in occupational health
Conducts pre-employment physical examinations of candidates for city service; when designated by the Civil Service Commission, assesses medical or physical competence of staff to perform assigned duties; participates in the identification and assessment of occupational hazards and injuries; develops and implements preventive and educational strategies.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
The Staff on Duty is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of the facility through supervision of residents and their guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner
Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all clients/prospective clients
Share pricing and class information with prospective clients
Deliver Megaformer machine demos to new clients
Complete studio tours with new clients
Work alongside and support SLT instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience
Ensure complete knowledge of Mariana Tek system
Assist Management with day-to-day operations of the studio
Ensure prompt response to studio emails; notify Studio Manager if needed
Understand SLT product knowledge, policies and procedures for retail operations
Complete basic Megaformer machine maintenance
Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization between each class so each client receives the best SLT experience
Assist in retail inventory at the end of the month
Complete opening and/or closing checklists
Perform other studio duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Mariana Tek software experience a plus
Leadership experience a plus
Must have superior customer service skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook
Must be highly organized
Ability to work independently as well as on a team

+ CA CLS license required
+ Familiarity with LCLS, LCWS, SIS, eAssist, and other Labcorp IT systems is preferred
+ Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and EP Evaluator preferred
+ Demonstrated proficiency in the **clinical chemistry** along with strong knowledge of scientific concepts and effective clinical practices/procedures is preferred
