A Customer Service Representative requires strong dedication to providing a high level of service to our customers. Partners with sales to manage customer relationships and expectations. This role is the primary contact for both internal and external customers, acting as the liaison to ensure strong communication amongst all stakeholders and helping to drive the company's strategy forward as a valued added supplier.
Responsibilities/Duties
Serve as first point of contact for the customers when processing orders and requests
Collaborates with various internal teams such as Supply Chain and Sales to manage situations impacting the customer
Processes customer orders, complaints, returns, and invoices in a timely manner
Responds to customer requests for product information and samples
Manages customer complaints to ensure proper corrective actions are taken, documenting information appropriately
Manages ongoing contracts and request quotes or new contracts as needed
Verifies contract pricing in CRM is accurate to ensure correct invoicing
Resolves customer payment discrepancies
Obtains required approvals to issue customer credits as needed
Tracks shipments for customers and provides assistance in expediting
Problem solves to ensure customer is supplied through product shortages, production failures or truck shortages
Manages EDI orders such as order confirmations, shipment notices, COA and invoices that transmitted via EDI by customer
Works directly with the production planning & credit team to release orders to customers
Manages daily open order reports, blocked deliveries and billing block reports
Reconciles inventory on a monthly basis and runs reports for mid-year and year end audits
Ensures proper information is supplied on orders and customs documents for clearance of orders being exported from the US
Submits required forms to GSS to create, change, or correct master data as directed by the customer
Manages customer portals and does everything from recovering PO's to reentering invoice data into the customer portal system.
Assesses and escalates any urgent issues to sales and management as appropriate
Provides training and mentoring for Customer Service Coordinators as needed

When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law.
The salary range for this position is: $46,000 - $67,000.

**Technical Support Manager - Poultry - Remote - South/Southeast USA** This is a remote role, but we need this person in the South or the Southeast of the US. Process Optimization:

The OT Senior Network Engineer is responsible to drive Modernization Project actions and tasks as assigned by Modernization OT Lead. RESPONSIILITIES
Responsibilities associated with this role can be divided into 3 broad categories.
Coupa Content Enablement
* Serve as the primary liaison for enabling content through hosted and punchout catalogs on Coupa.
* Resolve supplier queries and internal support requests to ensure smooth catalog rollout and usage.
* SME on Cxml integrations for Orders & Invoices. Train GBS and lead CxMl integrations with select suppliers to optimize the order cycle.
* Maintain content grouping structures in Coupa to ensure information visibility on a need-to-know basis.
* Document content enablement processes and train other teams to balance resources.
* Drive global catalog adoption, ensuring high levels of technology utilization.

Maximo System
* Create transactional contracts in Maximo to support touchless re-order processes for ADM inventory spare parts and certain chemicals.
* Partner with extended teams to upgrade ADM's Maximo instance, supporting deployment, UAT, and change management.
* Document processes and train internal teams to provide backup for content enablement activities.
Spend Approval Limits
* Generate spend approval matrices using Excel/Power BI and enable updates in downstream P2P systems such as Coupa and Maximo.
* Document and transition the spend limits process to Global Technology.
* Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders seeking assistance with spend limits.
Contract Implementation Support:
* Partner with warehouse stakeholders, category and site purchasing colleagues to implement MRO contracts including change mgmt., maintaining items thru their lifecycle including phase in, phase out,
Apart from the responsibilities outlined above, the incumbent is also expected to support additional enablement activities and opportunities as they arise.
