Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and promptly report issues or failures to maintenance personnel. Accurately complete job documentation, weld logs, and time tracking per production and quality requirements. Work closely with production leads, machinists, and quality inspectors to complete jobs on time and to specifications. Operate multiple welding processes including: Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following: Prior certification in ASME or AWS welding processes (e.g., 6G, pipe welding) is required. Experience in wellhead equipment or oilfield service product manufacturing is desired. Proven experience with GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, and pressure-containing welds in a manufacturing or repair environment. Experience working with ASME and API welding codes and procedures (WPS, PQR, WQTR). Proficiency in fabrication techniques, including cutting, fitting, and tack welding of components. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality and safety. Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
