These roles will be supporting a facility in Taunton, MA. The facility has approximately 115 frontline workers and office staff, with ~100 Chromebooks and the remainder a mixture of Dell laptops running Windows and MacBook Pro's. The frontline employees use handheld scanners. Technical support for fixing issues the handheld scanners is not required, but you will need to manage swapping out defective scanners.
There are two shifts available for these positions, one will be Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-5:30pm (40 hours) and the other shift will be Wednesday-Saturday 7:30am-5:30pm (40 Hours)
End-user computing only - laptops, printers, and the like. SimpliSafe's internal IT team will support servers and backend IT infrastructure.
