Maintains books and records of USA Research and Technology Corporation to include monthly recording of transactions, ensuring funds received are deposited and recorded, ensuring appropriate disbursement checks are prepared, reconciling bank accounts, developing and publishing monthly/quarterly financial statements and preparing financial analyses as requested by management. Prepares endowment fund monthly statement, working closely with the Development Office in identifying and matching gifts. Utilizes a calculator and personal computer to perform duties. Regular and prompt attendance. Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required. Related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama and two years of professional accounting experience. A master's degree in accounting may be substituted for one year of the required experience.

Job Responsibilities
