The team works closely with ITV America, ITV Studios America, and ITV Studios Global Entertainment, which are engaged in the business of producing and distributing television programs of various genres.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Maintaining and updating the US tax calendar
Tax compliance preparation of various federal, state, and local income and franchise tax returns
Assisting with tax provisions and tax forecasting
Researching tax issues
Interpreting and complying with state, local and international statutes, regulations, and legislation
Preparing for and assisting with US and global tax audits
Assisting with the reconciliation of general ledger tax accounts
Assist with and implement tax planning
Developing and implementing tax process improvements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification
1-3 years applied work experience in public accounting or industry
