Primary Duties

4. Prepares W-9 forms for Atmos vendors as requested.
5. Assists with the preparation of sales/use tax returns, franchise fee reports, journal entries, and other miscellaneous state and local tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Assists with the preparation and filing of occupational license applications and payments in a timely and accurate manner. Tracks licenses received and maintains current records of licenses.
7. Assists with the property tax return data compilation process and pays ad valorem tax bills, as needed.
8. Prepares tax work papers, schedules, exhibits and summaries necessary to develop and support findings and/or recommendations.
9. Assists in the testing and maintenance of taxaccounting systems.
10. Reviews and analyzes a variety of tax and accounting documents and verifies the accuracy of computations.
11. Communicates with internal and external personnel regarding taxes and other matters.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Educational/Experience Level
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Taxation or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience in customer service/revenue applications maintenance, accounting, taxation or related field.

Role Overview:
As a Staff Accountant within the Creators Department, you will serve as a critical bridge between our creative talent and the business operations team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end financial lifecycle of creator partnerships-from initial invoicing to final payment distribution. You will leverage a specialized tech stack including Workday, Salesforce, and Monday.com to coordinate with our agent team in order to ensure accurate invoicing and client payment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Execute the full invoicing process in Workday, creating and reviewing invoices for creator revenue streams, brand deals, and talent commissions.
* Manage accounts receivable by monitoring aging reports and resolving any billing discrepancies.
* Utilize the Salesforce to Monday.com integration to track deal stages and trigger financial workflows.
* Partner closely with business agents and talent managers to coordinate the collection of funds from third-party brands and subsequent payments to talent.
* Facilitate "trust accounting" workflows, ensuring that talent is paid promptly once client funds are secured.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: 2 Years Experience in Public or Private Accounting Recommended.
* Professional Communication: Ability to communicate complex financial details clearly to non-finance stakeholders, specifically talent agents and creative partners.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in data mapping between platforms to ensure creators are paid the correct amounts based on tiered commission structures.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

As a Global Mobility (GM) Tax Associate, within our team, you will be responsible for managing income tax and social security compliance matters for various mobile employee personas including, but not limited to, expatriates, permanent transfers, business travelers and US Persons abroad. The individual will work alongside Global Mobility Advisors and will report to the Global Mobility US Tax Manager.
Job responsibilities
* Global mobility tax subject matter expert who can respond to queries on international assignment tax policies from GM, HRBAs, business managers, vendors and employees (our clients)
* Partner with the Stock Administration Teams, Cash Comp Teams and Overseas Offices to determine multi-country sourcing and global income tax and Social Security withholding requirements on:
* Manage Stock Awards (RSUs)
* Process & Mid-Year Deferred compensation payments
* Process & Mid-Year Cash bonus payments
* Handle Term/Severance payments, Stock Options and other Executive Comp payments
* Advise our clients on the tax implications of particular assignments, including multi-country taxation of transfer-year bonuses, equity and other deferred compensation
* Coordinate with external tax service provider on annual tax return preparation authorizations and related services
* Review of payroll tax compliance and coordination with multiple payrolls
* Review of Global Mobility compensation reports and Form W-2 to ensure proper payroll reporting, particularly with respect to research and resolution of any differences
* Coordinate with tax service provider(s) on income tax gross ups, estimated tax payments, and tax advance payments
* Support in proactively managing the firm-wide regulatory and control agenda
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* College/University degree
* Strong Excel, Alteryx, data analytics and data integrity analysis skills
* Understanding of equity sourcing and tax instructions, payroll withholding requirements, US tax settlement calculations and global expatriate tax implications
* Self-motivated and result-oriented individual with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
* Strong organizational skills, project and change management experience
* Ability to make sound business decisions and understand when to escalate issues
* Solid communications skills, including experience conducting counseling sessions or other equivalent expatriate tax advice work
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 2+ years of Global Mobility tax experience, Big 4 experience preferred
