Duties and Responsibilities Review fund, corporate, property, foreign, family office tax filings and liaise with external third-party service provider prepared entity tax workpapers ensuring their agreement with tax filings. Work with 3rd party tax preparer to prepare and provide necessary data and review elements of the preparation and processing of returns. Coordinate tax payments (pay online where possible, pay by checks when needed) Respond and resolve tax assessments and/or notices including written and verbal communication with the state and local tax authorities. Prepare tangible personal property and local tax returns for various states and counties.
