ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES: * Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects. * Collaborate with team members to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities. * Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development. * Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned. * Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. * Support the tax team in preparing tax returns, including gathering and organizing relevant financial data, calculations, and documentation. * Assist in researching and analyzing tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for tax planning opportunities. * Help in reviewing financial records, identifying potential tax issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
