Prepares annual policy level notifications required to comply with current regulations. Prepares required tax forms, tax notices and correspondence as needed. Monitor system and user-input data for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Escalate any system issues uncovered to management for review and resolution. Follow-through to completion the correction of any uncovered errors and provide guidance to processing areas to ensure proper processing in the future. Partner with the Legal Department to maintain compliance with internal processing and procedures. Report and document any procedural changes needed stemming from legal guidance.
