Qualifications and Attributes You Will Need
Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in tax preparation and planning, preferably in a public accounting firm.
In-depth knowledge of tax rules and regulations.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license preferred.
Proficient in tax software and accounting systems, with a strong understanding of technology tools used in tax preparation and research.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax scenarios and provide innovative solutions.
