Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Account Management, you will maintain a group of accounts within multiple customer segments, e.g. Retail, Wholesale/Distribution, IDN, and Independent/Corporate owned HealthCare Professionals. You will complete the order to cash management of vaccine orders and develop long-lasting client and sales relationships. You will work directly with our Sales, Demand Planning, Distribution & Logistics, Marketing, Market Access, and Finance teams to prioritize important accounts and guide strategic goals. You will monitor vaccine distribution, financial health, and delivery performance against a contract and manage the customer experience. You will apply independent decision-making to exceed business standards.
Job Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage a portfolio of important accounts, maximizing opportunities to make improvements
Analyze accounts for contract adherence while ensuring services are aligned with the goals of the account
Partner with customer service teams to resolve account issues

Minimum Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Account management skills to support demand planning, data control, and serving as contact for account-related activities
Experience ensuring agreement between contracts and orders to resolve discrepancies and variances
Experience working with a variety of teams (Finance, Sales and Distribution, QA, IT, Customer Experience, eCommerce, and Leaders at different levels)
Proficiency in MS excel (can perform complex functions) and SAP (6.0 later preferred), EDI ordering, reporting, and SAP sale-order management experience is an advantage

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $80,000 - $95,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation.

Job Summary:
Perform accounting, analysis and reporting for capital projects and fixed assets of NRG Inc and its affiliates.
Essential Duties:
Perform the accounting, processing, and analysis of fixed assets.
Perform fixed asset accounting functions necessary to achieve an accurate and timely general ledger month end close. Join our Corporate Tax Department as an Associate and gain experience in both taxaccounting and compliance assignments, focusing on U.S. federal, state, and local tax matters.
As a Tax Associate in the Corporate Tax Department, you will develop a strong understanding of the components and calculations related to the effective tax rate and deferred taxes in accordance with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109). You will also become familiar with the firm's federal, state, and local corporate income tax filings, as well as the U.S. tax considerations for international operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Compute current and deferred tax provision and liabilities on previously identified book-tax differences
Analyze new transactions to determine potential book-tax differences and other related taxaccounting treatment
Monitor new Accounting policies and pronouncements to determine proper tax treatment of such new emerging issues
Assist in preparation of separate entity Annual Report tax footnotes as applicable
Prepare federal, state and local corporate income tax returns for a variety of firm entities. This includes gathering and analyzing financial information to properly determine the impact on such tax returns.
Document all tax return support in Corporate Tax's workflow database
Ad hoc tax research related to various tax return positions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum 4 years of relevant taxaccounting and compliance experience
Self starter who also possesses excellent communication, organizational and attention to details skills
Ability to effectively use various programs such as Microsoft Office, Access
Education should include an accounting degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
An MBA with emphasis in tax, or an MST and/ or a CPA license is a plus
Big 4 accounting firm experience is preferred
Knowledge of Onesource RS tax compliance software is a plus and preferred
SAP is a plus

The Zoetis Tax Intern will focus on assisting the tax department with the numerous tasks to support the preparation of our federal and state tax returns, respond to tax authorities related to notices received, support our tax planning and transfer pricing activities as needed, and assistance with audit notices.
Internship Job Duties:
Assist tax department with the preparation of schedules to support tax return workpapers using Microsoft Excel and other software programs
Assist tax department with gathering supporting workpapers for audits and sox compliance
Assist tax department with the preparation of income tax provision schedules using Microsoft Excel
Assist tax department with the preparation of our tax balance sheet reconciliation schedules using Microsoft Excel
Assist with the gathering, calculating, and reconciling of state apportionment information.
