* Researches and resolves discrepancies related to accounts, payments, and tax records using tools such as Aumentum, South Carolina Code of Laws, and legal records.
* Identifies issues and exceptions related to taxpayers, mortgage companies, title researchers, attorneys, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-through to resolution. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
