Requirements Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of public accounting experience with increasing tax complexity, scope, and research. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience overseeing tax staff. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Taxation preferred). Active CPA license in good standing. Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
