What you'll do:

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This person will be managing accounts receivable including downloading and coding payments, problem solving, collections and all reporting. As well as managing accounts payable and invoice processing to maintain relationships with vendors through timely payments. They will assist in banking functions including downloading payments, reconciling bank accounts and daily reports as needed. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
AR/ Collections
• Apply all cash deposits and credit memos to the appropriate customers' accounts.
• Monitor A/R aging reports for collection priorities.
• Initiate paperwork for credit memos for customer deductions.
• Work with customer service and sales to keep accounts receivable accurate as needed to address collection issues.
• Monitor and match up prepaid customers with deposits made weekly in SAP.

Customer Care/ Credit Management
