Responsibilities
Loading, unloading, and staging of freight on motor carriers and in dock facilities
Complete and processes appropriate paperwork
Ensure all freight paperwork is complete and processed timely
Perform physical loading, unloading, and staging of freight
Check shipments received for correct items, counts, packing, crating, and tagging
Ensure safe and proper loading of freight within each vehicle (bracing, strapping, labeling freight, etc.) to minimize the possibility of damaged freight
Requirements
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Forklift certifiable
Experience loading/unloading commercial vehicles & staging freight is preferred.

Must perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all equipment used, notating any defects. Transport freight and related materials by commercial vehicle on a local P&D route, with some-touch freight. Report departures, delays, arrivals, and POD information.
Deliver and pick-up freight as assigned/dispatched, in a safe and timely manner.
Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and CFR regulations and requirements.
Interact with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
Must promote a commitment to safety and security at all times.
Complete and certify accurate driver logs.
Handles freight loading/unloading as required.

A minimum of 2+ years CDL driving experience

The Parts & Tool Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting the Harley-Davidson Product Development Center (PDC) operations by managing inventory, distributing tools and parts to technicians, and ensuring accurate tracking of all materials. This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency for Harley-Davidson PDC operations.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Maintain and organize the tool crib and parts storage areas to ensure quick and accurate access.
Issue tools, equipment, and parts to technicians while ensuring proper documentation.
Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and assist with ordering and restocking parts.
Receive incoming parts shipments, verify accuracy, and record updates in inventory systems.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and tools are returned in good condition.
Provide exceptional internal customer service to technicians and service team members.
Assist with maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized service environment.
Support PDC dock operations.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience in parts management, inventory control, or tool crib operations (automotive or motorcycle industry preferred).
Familiarity with Harley-Davidson parts, tools, or service processes is a strong plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced service department and support multiple technicians.
Proficient computer and inventory software skills.

Job Summary
Repair company equipment in a safe, timely, cost effective and practical manner including performing preventative maintenance, general repairs, troubleshooting and electronic diagnostics.
Primary Responsibilities
Build, rebuild and repair all parts of company equipment as may be required in the department
Diagnose any mechanical, electrical or other breakdown or failure to a motor truck or related equipment
Read precision instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges, voltmeters, digital multi-meters, calibrators and other electronic diagnostic tools
Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis of the component parts and systems on the truck or truck tractor; or the component parts and systems of the trailer or converter dolly (This requirement may not apply to body and frame specialists)
When applicable use welding skills and knowledge of metals to complete truck repairs
Individuals who work on converter dollies must be able to weld horizontally and vertically without air pockets in the bead
Apply knowledge of DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA rules and regulations

Must be able to see and read work orders, boxes, part numbers, and other printed materials to complete work orders and maintenance. Must be able to see and scan areas of work for debris and defects.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Ability to work in extremely hot or cold climates, ability to work in an environment where noise and odors may be present.
