The Senior Fixed Asset Accountant is responsible for managing the accounting and reporting of fixed assets for various portfolios of multifamily properties. Job Summary:
The Tax Preparer provides dedicated support to the tax preparation team. This position requires flexibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
Essential Job Functions for the Tax Preparer include:
Assist with preparing federal and multi-state individuals and trust income tax returns.

Review construction invoices, unit renovations, and capital project contracts to determine proper classification and status.
