Duties & Responsibilities Job Duties Provide general accounting support across multiple companies, focusing on timely and accurate financial statement compilations Assist in the development of internal controls Reconcile bank accounts, Debt Agreements, and assigned balance sheet accounts such as prepaids, equity, and notes receivable Maintain monthly accuracy between various ERPs and Operating Modules Perform Fixed Asset accounting tasks, including the analysis of CIP, repairs, and maintenance accounts for all entities Maintain and validate personal property assessments against annual invoices Report monthly on GAAP financials and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Assist with month-end close procedures and annual financial statement reviews or audits Follow any other job-related instructions and perform additional duties as requested by authorized personnel Maintains reliable, predictable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred. CPA certification is preferred. In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Strong organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Effective oral and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Experience in QuickBooks Online is a plus.
