The Role:
As a bilingual (Manderin/English) Tax Manager/Senior Manager

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Looking for a highly motivated Cost accountant who is willing to learn and aims for career advancement. This position will be responsible for all aspects of plant accounting to include analyze manufacturing variances, complete month-end close activities and reporting, participate in the annual cost roll & annual budgeting process, complete ad-hoc analysis and support internal and external audits. This position will play a key role in driving the Plant's efficiency & cost reduction initiative.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Captures and classifies cost data to determine the cost associated with products/product lines, projects, or departments.
Compares actual costs to historical or projected costs and reports and analyze variances.
Provides cost related data in support of business decisions or for use in financial reporting.
May participate in or oversee regular inventory cycle counts and analyze the root cause of high variance items.
Analyze manufacturing variances and present information to Business Unit leaders on key drivers.
Complete month-end close tasks and reporting.
Complete Annual Cost roll & Annual Planning process.
Fixed asset and Capital Support.
Perform ad hoc report/analysis.
Preferred requirements:
Experience in Cost Accounting and a working knowledge of BOMs, RM, Labor, OH cost.
Experience to perform month-end close journal entries.
Ability to accurately and timely complete buisness reports.

The IDS-MC is a multi-modal (fingerprint, iris, and face) biometric collection system that provides the USMC the capability to collect, match, store, and share identity information. The IDS-MC enables the Marine to collect biometric, biographical, and reference information on an individual and match this to pre-existing information to display match results with linkage to the individual's biographical and reference information.
The IDS-MC Subject Matter Expert (SME) will enable the warfighters of the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) to setup, configure, troubleshoot, and operate the IDS-MC to provide the MAGTF with the means to identify persons encountered in the battle space. SME will support Tactical C5ISR systems in CONUS and OCONUS regions supporting units in combat operations and/or advise and assist with missions.
+ Train the FMF to set up, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the IDS-MC system.
+ Assist units to unlock accounts and troubleshoot and replace broken hardware.
+ Interface with FMF personnel and US Government employees to provide break/fix support to USMC tactical networks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Required Skills:
